Our inner worlds
We are just as unique on the inside as we are on the outside. Our inner landscapes might contain dry deserts, lush vegetation, high mountains, or deep mysterious forests. A few tips to get you started when exploring inner worlds:
-
The world might be gray, dark, or full of sunshine. The sky can be blue skies, cloudy, misty or dry. If needed, ask Jesus to bring more light to your inner world.
-
A valley with a river running through it is common. The river is our timeline. It begins at the Spring of Conception, which can be an artesian well that bubbles up from the valley or can spring as a waterfall from the side of a mountain. Dark areas that don't feel safe to spirit near the Spring of Conception might indicate work needs to be done to cleanse what happened at conception.
-
Major events during our lives are marked at the river. The time we received salvation might be marked by a huge rock, the Rock of Ages, or other significant structures.
-
The Cornerstone, who is Jesus Christ, might be present. When spirit stands on the cornerstone, strength flows into spirit. If the Cornerstone can't be found, look for problems with not fully accepting the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
-
The river normally flows from East to West, but when a person has lots of trauma in their lives, the river might be twisted, broken into minor or major streams, filled with obstructions or flow the wrong direction. A person who has decided to stay invisible might have an underground river.
-
South of the river is male and might be desert and dry.
-
North of the river is female and might have vegetation and trees. Either side can have mountains, although it is more common for mountains to be in the North and West.
-
Toward the West, there is an entrance to the layer under the surface. This second layer belongs to Holy Spirit and here is where He builds the pillars of Wisdom. If the pillars are missing or damaged, the person can work on each pillar by adding wisdom to their lives with the support and help of Holy Spirit.
