Processes
Jesus valued process as much, if not more, than the end product
Does the end really justify the means? We don't think so. In fact, we see the means to acquire a stated goal more important than reaching that goal. Why? Because the best learning happens in the journey, along the way from here to there. To reach our goal really doesn't teach us that much.

Processes for Healing and Building
As a prayer minister, we can use these processes to weave principles together to build an ecosystem for a friend to heal, grow, and build.
When you first start to help someone, get to know them. Take the time to get to know this person as a person, rather than a project, ministry, or even someone needing your help. Remember your commitment to the principle of Design. Have some questions in mind to probe for the person's original design and what is working well now. Be willing to tell them a little about yourself. Allow a real person-to-person relationship to begin. Learn more
Get to know their spirit. Remember the essence of a person has the devine nature of God, capable of every good work. Ask the person for permission to speak to their spirit and get to know their spirit. Learn more
Coach the spirit to connect to the Trinity. The spirit might already know the Trinity and be comfortable sitting with Father, Jesus, or Holy Spirit without shame. If spirit cannot or does not want to connect to the Trinity, some perception of the Trinity might need to change. Learn more
Build legitimacy. Legitimacy is knowing our credibility in community, that we are at the right place, right time, and right assignment, as established by Father, and He has provided all the resources needed to fulfill that assignment. To be firmly rooted in that legitimacy can make us crazy dangerous to the enemy and intimidate those who don't know their legitimacy. Learn more
Coach the soul. Life happens and verifiable, measurable, sustained change can take a lot of processing. As the spirit gets stronger and more capable, the soul needs to keep up and sometimes catch up. Most likely, the soul will need some coaching to learn to trust and rely on the spirit and follow the spirit's lead. Learn more
Resource the spirit with processes. As fathering mentors, we are constantly working our way out of a job. As we demonstrate and explain to spirit how to do something, we are setting an expectation that they can do it without us next time. Coach the spirit about the processes to:
-
Cleanse time, land, community, birthright and offices. Learn more
-
Build the inner world and its resources. Learn more
-
Evict critters. Learn more
-
Heal and cleanse parts. Learn more
-
Heal the brain. Learn more
-
Heal the body. Learn more
